HOW I WOULD RANK A NEW WEBSITE IN 90 DAYS
Launching a new website is an exciting milestone, but simply publishing a website is not enough to attract visitors. Without a clear SEO strategy, even a well-designed website can struggle to appear in search engine results. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a long-term process that helps search engines understand your website while making it easier for potential customers to find your business online.
If I were responsible for ranking a new website in its first 90 days, my focus would be on building a strong foundation rather than chasing quick wins. A successful SEO strategy combines technical improvements, valuable content, keyword research, user experience, and authority building. Every step is carefully planned to create sustainable growth that continues long after the first three months.
The first stage would be understanding the business, its target audience, and its competitors. Before making any changes, I would research what potential customers are searching for, identify relevant keywords, and analyze competitors that are already performing well in search results. This research helps create a clear SEO roadmap based on real opportunities instead of assumptions.
Next, I would optimize the website’s structure to ensure it is easy for both users and search engines to navigate. This includes creating SEO-friendly URLs, organizing pages into logical categories, improving internal linking, and making sure every important page can be easily discovered. A clean website structure improves the user experience and helps search engines crawl the site more efficiently.
On-page SEO would be another major priority. Every page would be optimized with relevant keywords placed naturally in the page title, meta description, headings, image alt text, and throughout the content. Rather than stuffing keywords, the goal is to create informative, engaging, and valuable content that answers users’ questions while following SEO best practices.
